Job summary

Kanto Corporation seeks a Director of Manufacturing/Operations to lead Production and Warehouse/Material Handling, aligning people, materials, equipment, and processes to meet commitments. This senior role drives safety, quality, and delivery while scaling operations across shifts and sites.

The position develops leaders, improves systems, and ensures capacity to support growth in a high‑technology semiconductor supply chain environment. Strong cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, production, operations, or related industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for manufacturing operations across production areas, processes, and shifts.
• Translate production plans and customer requirements into staffing, scheduling, equipment, material, and execution priorities.
• Drive achievement of operational objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, throughput, schedule attainment, cost, and delivery.
• Establish consistent operating rhythms, performance standards, accountability, and leadership expectations across shifts.
• Maintain visibility into manufacturing performance and address operational risks, capacity constraints, equipment limitations, staffing needs, and bottlenecks.
• Balance immediate production requirements with development of sustainable manufacturing systems and capabilities for future growth.
• Provide leadership for Warehouse/Material Handling operations supporting manufacturing and ensure material flow to production.
