Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or technology risk.
• 5+ years of leadership overseeing cybersecurity teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and operations.
• Experience leading enterprise security initiatives including cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, and SOC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise information security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Oversee SOC operations, incident detection, response, and recovery capabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of vulnerability management across infra, cloud, apps, and third parties.
• Govern identity and access management, MFA, least privilege, and zero-trust concepts.
• Ensure secure development practices and DevSecOps integration into architecture.
• Lead and develop security teams; manage staffing, budget, and resources.
• Communicate risk and program status to executives with clear business impact.
