Job summary

College Housing Northwest (CHNW) is seeking a Director of Facilities & Asset Management to lead the physical, operational, and long-term capital health of the CHNW property portfolio.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on problem solving: overseeing capital projects, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and facilities team leadership to protect assets and advance CHNW’s mission. You will forecast budgets, assess acquisitions, and ensure performance across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family property management or housing.
• 10+ years in maintenance, capital projects and construction management.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong OSHA Fire and Safety knowledge.
• Experience forecasting and budgeting capital expenses and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic asset management and portfolio health.
• Oversees day-to-day facilities operations.
• Leads capital projects from scope to close-out.
• Manages vendor relationships and safety compliance.
• Provides leadership to facilities team and expansion/development efforts.
