Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University seeks a Clinical Research Systems Director to assess system needs, develop proposals, and implement solutions across the enterprise. You will oversee PMs, administer JeffTrial, and drive integrations including funding and IRB tools, enabling efficient research workflows.

Responsibilities include process mapping, documentation, reports for leadership, and collaboration with Jefferson IS&T to support enterprise research systems. 5–10 years PM with systems focus required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management with a systems focus.
• Clinical research and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new projects and manage implementation/integration processes.
• Lead administrator for Jefferson’s Clinical Trial Management System (JeffTrial).
• Oversee integration of new subject renumeration system with JeffTrial.
• Oversee subject payment system administration and approvals.
• Oversee IRB review and submission system (iMedris) administration and QA.
