Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Career Center programs and cross-campus career development initiatives that advance student success.
• Develop long-range plans aligned with university priorities and Career Center strategies.
• Lead employer relations and partnerships to expand internships, employment opportunities, and networks.
• Oversee assessment, data analytics, and reporting of career outcomes and program impact.
• Supervise Career Center staff, manage budget, contracts, and operations.
