You will analyze client needs, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results and maintain strong relationships.

The role is full-time, in-person, Monday to Friday with no nights, weekends as needed; salary range is $50,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the digital/media marketing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• Knowledge of technical sales processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a digital/media consultant guiding clients.
• Analyze client needs and craft tailored marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate to run campaigns across events, SEO/SEM, social media, email.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide ongoing client support and guidance.
