Qualifications

  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership on development and fundraising initiatives for SDSS.
  • Oversee development staff and manage donor engagement to meet fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and volunteers to design and implement fundraising plans.
  • Lead and develop staff, ensuring accountability and high performance.
