Job summary

Working Washington is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy for our statewide movement and to diversify revenue across our integrated 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures. You will work closely with the Executive Director and oversee development staff to build sustainable funding and greater impact.

You will expand individual and major giving, strengthen donor stewardship, and elevate fundraising operations across the team, while aligning with our mission to grow worker power

Qualifications

• Senior fundraising leadership experience in nonprofit settings.
• Experience developing and executing multi-year fundraising plans.
• Ability to diversify revenue and build sustainable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and long-term planning for the organization.
• Expand individual and major giving and strengthen donor stewardship.
• Build operational capacity with oversight of finance, database, and systems.
• Collaborate across leadership to position the organization for growth.
