Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Deputy CISO / Cybersecurity Architect to lead the hospital’s cybersecurity transformation and enterprise security architecture.

You will own the target-state security design, multi-year roadmap, and drive a scalable, internally owned security program aligned with clinical operations. You will partner with IT, Digital, Clinical, and Infrastructure leadership to embed security into technology delivery, working with senior risk leaders

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in cybersecurity or security transformation roles.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise security architecture, cloud security, IAM, detection/response, and network/endpoint security.
• Experience translating clinical and business needs into risk-based security strategies.
• Healthcare/regulatory environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and governance of the enterprise cybersecurity target-state architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Establish and mature a scalable, internally owned security operating model and delivery capability.
• Serve as technical lead to senior risk leaders for executive decision-making.
• Define and enforce security architecture standards across cloud, on-prem, identity, network, endpoint, application, and data environments.
• Drive execution of security initiatives ensuring architectural soundness and sustainability.
• Partner with IT, Digital, Clinical, and Infrastructure leadership to embed security into technology delivery.
• Provide executive-level communications on security strategy, risk posture, and progress.
• Ensure alignment with HIPAA, NIST, PCI and other healthcare regulations.
• Build and mature internal security architecture and engineering capabilities.
