Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Maintenance Analyst to deliver data-driven logistics, sustainment, and depot-level maintenance solutions in support of national defense missions. You will conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations on facilities, equipment, and processes to enable efficient MROU activations and site deployments.

The role requires 4+ years of DoD maintenance or logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in DoD maintenance, logistics, or sustainment for aircraft.
Knowledge of maintenance, depot operations, component repair, and site activation best practices.
Ability to work effectively independently, autonomously, and as part of a joint team to execute mission requirements.
Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical research, analysis, and provide recommendations on required facilities, equipment, materials, processes, technologies, training, and personnel to perform depot-level maintenance and support site activations.
Identify opportunities to exploit commercial best practices and digital technologies to streamline depot maintenance activation and execution and provide inputs to DMAP and DFP across IPSEs, depot activation schedules, and events.
Perform site surveys and assessments of MRO&U infrastructure, hangars, back-shops, warehouses, and utilities for survey reports.
