Job summary

World Electric is hiring a Demand Planning Manager to ensure product availability, optimize inventories, and coordinate with Supply Chain to improve inbound and branch replenishment. You will drive CPFR with vendors, analyze demand drivers, and participate in cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The role requires at least 5 years in B2B distribution, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong data presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B, preferably in distribution.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data for decision-making purposes.
• Inquisitive and progressive - able to adapt and drive change.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product item availability and optimize inventory levels.
• Support spot buys gains and purchase condition applications.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve inbound and branch replenishment productivity.
• Establish supplier lead time accuracy and monitor ongoing purchase orders.
• Develop KPIs and share dashboards with stakeholders.
• Lead inventory quality reviews and progress plans.
