Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner for our Oak Brook, IL headquarters. This full-time, on-site hybrid role partners with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Operations to develop and maintain demand forecasts and drive planning governance.

You will analyze forecast accuracy, manage NJF/DFUs, and incorporate promotions, new launches, and market trends into forecasts. A related degree and 2–4+ years of experience are preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4+ years in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or market analysis.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis) and cross-functional planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales, shipments, and customer demand data.
• Lead IBP demand consensus discussions with key stakeholders.
• Translate commercial strategies into quantified demand impacts and support scenario planning.
