Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, mathematics or related field.
• 4+ years experience in demand/inventory planning or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with data analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand plans and forecasts for accounts; monitor in-stock performance.
• Analyze service and inventory metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Plan inbound shipments and coordinate supplier loading plans.
• Create and share forecasts to align procurement and production.
• Identify root causes of stockouts and excess inventory.
• Provide visibility through reporting and dashboards; automate inventory reporting.
• Support SIOP processes with data preparation and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and supplier performance.
