Job summary

Nature’s Bakery, now part of Mars, is seeking a Demand Finance Manager to partner with Sales and Marketing, delivering insights across forecasting, trade, margin and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial planning and improve forecast accuracy in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

The role focuses on developing scenarios, supporting AOP/forecasts, and driving data-driven decisions to grow profitable business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Demand Finance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, revenue, trade, margin and profitability.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and financial modeling skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI and planning systems preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner to Sales and Marketing, providing financial analysis and insights.
• Support customer, channel, and brand performance reviews, identifying drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial scenarios to evaluate changes in volume, plans, marketing investments and mix.
• Provide visibility into the financial impact of Sales and Marketing initiatives across revenue, trade, margin.
• Partner with commercial teams to improve financial performance and meet business objectives.
• Support demand and S&OP planning, validating commercial assumptions in the forecast.
