Job summary

CIS Secure is seeking experienced Supply Chain Intelligence Analysts to support government programs focused on SCRM and foreign ownership analysis. You will conduct intelligence research, evaluate supply chain vulnerabilities, and deliver actionable products for acquisition, operational, and strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have military intelligence experience, OSINT capabilities, and a track record of producing reports and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience allowed.
• Six years of specialized experience may substitute for a degree.
• Military Intelligence training completed or equivalent.
• Experience researching intelligence from classified and unclassified sources.
• Experience producing intelligence reports and executive briefings.
• Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supply chain illumination and risk assessments for Government missions.
• Assess system and component criticality; identify critical suppliers and vulnerabilities.
• Develop recommendations to mitigate supply chain risks affecting defense tech.
• Evaluate Foreign Ownership, Control, Influence (FOCI) risks in procurement.
• Research emerging commercial technologies and their government impact.
• Apply intelligence methods to complex technical and strategic issues.
• Integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines into analytical products.
• Develop intelligence reports, technical assessments, and executive briefings.
• Support meetings and mission planning with Government stakeholders.
