Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution, suitable for tenure-track level.
• Five+ years of successful administrative experience such as chair, dean, or director.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic academic program development and oversight.
• Oversee student support units, curriculum processes, and accreditation.
• Represent Academic Affairs on committees and with external partners.
• Recruit, supervise, and manage personnel and budgets.
