Job summary

The American Arbitration Association is seeking a Data Scientist to serve as a strategic partner, leveraging data, machine learning, and Generative AI to drive insights and innovation across the organization.

This role collaborates with engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop intelligent data products, build predictive models, and analyze both structured and unstructured data for actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with predictive modeling, ML, and statistics.
• 7+ years of data manipulation and modeling experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, JavaScript, C, or C++.
• Experience with data mining techniques including regression, random forests, boosting, decision trees, text mining, and social network analysis.
• Experience designing AI/Generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications and NLP models.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to build intelligent data products.
• Develop predictive models and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Translate complex findings into practical business solutions to support decision-making.
• Lead AI and Generative AI initiatives, including NLP model development and deployment.
