Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is seeking a strategic Director of Data Enablement and Architecture within the ODIA to advance data governance, architecture, and AI-ready data across state agencies. This role reports to the Chief Data Officer and partners with risk, privacy, and IT to ensure secure, compliant data management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record implementing federated, adaptive governance models across an enterprise.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise data architectures.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead data governance and architecture initiatives across Commonwealth agencies.
• Develop and manage enterprise data standards, policies, and metadata governance.
• Oversee data sharing, privacy, and security controls in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with risk, privacy, and legal to ensure compliant data practices.
• Guide AI-ready data programs and data catalogs to enable analytics and AI initiatives.
