Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to design and deploy end-to-end data collaboration programs, owning architecture, privacy, and scalable roadmaps. You will partner with client teams to ensure they can run the program independently, without hands-on guidance.

You will validate use cases at the intersection of clean room capabilities and business goals, define value metrics, and coordinate with data science and agency partners to accelerate activation.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in data infrastructure, adtech, or data partnerships, with senior customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on fluency with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS, or Azure) and privacy tech including clean rooms.
• Track record of designing and leading complex, multi-stakeholder data programs for enterprises.
• Familiarity with publisher monetization, retail media, or brand data strategy.
• Ability to lead technical architecture discussions and executive strategy conversations.
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate workflow output for documents, queries, synthesis, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translating complex tech for commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data collaboration programs: architecture, schema, privacy framework, and scalable roadmaps.
• Build the customer’s operating model, workflows, training, and roles until they can run independently.
• Develop and validate use cases at the intersection of clean rooms and business objectives.
• Instrument program-specific incremental value metrics to anchor renewals and investments.
• Identify and enable agency and data science partners to accelerate activation.
• Engage pre-sales with solutions engineering to scope requirements before contracts.
• Produce a Master Playbook per program for transfer to the customer’s team.
• Maintain a partner network perspective on collaborators and expanding value over time.
• Feed structured product feedback to the product team on a regular cadence.
