Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to lead complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage timelines, and communicate with cross-functional partners, including executives and engineers.

You will manage a portfolio of infrastructure projects as part of the Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning team, shaping location strategy, regional planning, and investments to support scalable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development (or a similar industry).
• 5 years of experience in developing data-driven technical insights and translating them into executable commercial solutions.
• 5 years of experience with data centers or other critical infrastructure in the areas of supply planning, site development, construction, design or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of long-range, robust infrastructure supply plans and regional strategies.
• Use demand and capacity models to drive critical tradeoff decisions and multi-year supply plans.
• Create and deliver cross-functional planning governance involving asset delivery status and risks.
• Serve as the point of contact for regional planning, aligning stakeholders with regional infrastructure plans.
