Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an Associate Director in the Data Transformation & Analytics practice to lead data strategy, architecture, and cloud analytics for enterprise clients. You will guide end-to-end data solution delivery, collaborating with data engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.

You will mentor teams, shape governance and security standards, and contribute to business development. Strong leadership and communication are required, with a track record in large-scale data

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience leading data strategy, architecture, or cloud analytics initiatives.
• 5+ years implementing Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Synapse.
• 5+ years on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 5+ years leading technical teams delivering analytical products.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data lakes, and real-time processing.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and access control.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• MBA/CPA preferred; Snowflake/Alteryx/PowerBI/Tableau certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to client executives on data initiatives.
• Advise on establishing a technology and data strategy program across platforms.
• Lead end-to-end data solution implementation and architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance data solutions across clouds.
• Oversee ingestion, storage, transformation, and visualization using leading tools.
• Define technical requirements with stakeholders and best practices.
• Develop data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Mentor data engineers and project teams while coaching performance.
• Support business development and go-to-market initiatives.
