Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, semantic models, ETL/ELT, integration, and data security.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering complex data projects on time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• ITIL certification required; Snowflake or SAP certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve enterprise‑wide data platforms using Snowflake, SAP BDC, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for operational and analytical needs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to align the data model and security framework with business applications and ownership.
• Drive hands‑on execution of data architecture initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Mentor data engineering and analytics teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into robust technical solutions.
• Stay current on cloud data trends, AI/ML integration, and data‑security best practices.
• Take ownership of platform‑wide initiatives and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
