Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) in Wichita, KS, seeks a curious and driven Business Data Analyst to join our IT team. You will turn data into insights, dashboards, and reports that support operational and strategic decisions across ET&S operations.

Qualifications

Experience with data and analytics in a professional or academic setting.
Experience presenting data, analysis, or recommendations.
Experience working with data in Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
Apply business acumen to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Collaborate across teams to design solutions that improve performance and value.
Work with delivery leads, data engineers, developers, and IT partners throughout the lifecycle.
Support solution design, validation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor connecting people, processes, data, and technology.
