Job summary

This role will be embedded within the business and serve as a strategic analytics partner to leadership, with a strong focus on operational transparency, business performance reporting, and process expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–8 years of data analytics or BI experience in financial services or related roles.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with finance and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics to show business health, growth trends, and operational performance.
• Define and track KPIs, metrics, and growth drivers across the business line.
• Partner with FP&A to align metrics with financial reporting and forecasting.
