Job summary

Adaptic is seeking a Cyber Exploitation Analyst to join our team supporting the DoD and Intelligence Community. You will operate at the intersection of cyber, SIGINT, and network analysis, turning complex data into actionable intelligence.

Roles span target development, network exploitation, system-level analysis, and cyber defense across missions. You’ll analyze data, build target profiles, map networks, and identify gaps in collection or analysis strategies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience in cyber, SIGINT, network analysis, or related mission areas.
• Strong understanding of networks, routing, and system interactions.
• Experience with multiple data sources (network traffic, logs, OSINT, SIGINT).
• Familiarity with analysis tools, scripting, or technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify patterns, analyze complex data, and solve challenging problems.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify patterns and generate actionable intelligence.
• Build and maintain target profiles, network maps, and analytic datasets.
• Identify intelligence gaps and shape collection or analysis strategies.
• Apply pattern recognition across networks, traffic, and digital footprints.
• Evaluate target networks and develop exploitation or operational plans.
• Analyze data across OSI layers and network infrastructure.
• Support exploitation efforts across systems and adversary infrastructure.
• Leverage logs and system artifacts to identify vulnerabilities or threats.
• Develop mitigations and strengthen network defenses against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analysis into mission workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to tradecraft development.
