Job summary

Newell Brands in the United States is seeking a Lead, Customer Supply Chain to own end-to-end supply chain execution for key Club accounts. You will manage order flow, inventory health, and on-time performance while partnering with Sales, Planning, Brand, and DC teams to drive improvements and cost efficiencies.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with large datasets, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple Business Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain, customer-facing operations, or planning experience.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate output and create reusable workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Fluency with BI and analytics tools; advanced Excel required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day order management, full-rate performance, and on-time compliance at the customer accounts.
• Manage excess and obsolete exposure through proactive pre-vet, allocation, and rework decisions with Sales, Planning, and Brand teams.
• Drive inventory availability and health across business units.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Planning, Brand teams, and DC operations to maximize throughput and revenue.
• Participate in transportation execution and carrier management during peak seasons.
• Improve and adapt supply chain processes per customer policy changes.
• Support corporate supply chain projects for cost reduction.
• Assist with QBR preparation and delivery with scorecards and customer-facing recommendations.
