Job summary

Harvey is hiring a Customer Success Leader to manage and grow a team of experienced CSMs supporting strategic asset management accounts across legal and business units. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success, Majors, and focuses on driving adoption, measurable improvements in legal workflows, and lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success or related field.
• 4+ years managing CSMs or enterprise account teams.
• Proven retention and expansion track record across complex enterprise accounts.
• Ability to earn executive trust and influence decisions across functions.
• Strong analytical judgement and use of adoption data.
• Experience in regulated environments and AI opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team and set practical standards for success planning and reviews.
• Own portfolio outcomes including retention and net revenue retention; partner with Sales on renewal strategy.
• Drive measurable customer value by identifying high-impact use cases and embedding Harvey into daily workflows.
• Lead executive engagement and customer escalations with senior stakeholders.
• Align Sales, Legal Engineering, Product, Engineering and Security around customer priorities.
• Influence product direction by bringing evidence from strategic accounts to leadership.
