Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Customer Coordinator (Call-Center) to deliver exceptional service to strategic customers in construction equipment rentals. This centralized role handles inquiries, orders, and requests, acting as the primary point of contact and exemplifying Sunbelt's reliability and service.

Qualifications include prior call-center customer service experience, construction equipment knowledge, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role.
• Equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred; Wynne software experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to Strategic Customers in the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items.
• Act as the centralized point of contact to satisfy the customer’s needs and requests.

Job Description Summary Customer Coordinator (Call-Center) Sunbelt’s Strategic Customer Coordinator is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers. The Strategic Customer Coordinator is empowered to provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to Strategic Customers in the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items. This position is considered the one centralized point of contact for these accounts and does whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer’s needs and requests. Base Pay Range: $23.52 - 32.34 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
