Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Crisis Management and Business Continuity Specialist to implement strategies enabling an organization to prepare for, respond to, or recover from critical events. You will collaborate with leaders across the enterprise and with regional teams to track impact, response and recovery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Fire Science or related field.
• Public sector training from DHS, FEMA, State Agency or other; private sector from ASIS, NFPA, DRII or other.
• Experience with ISO crisis management and business continuity standards/guidelines.
• Project management experience and multitasking ability.
• Program coordination in decentralized environments.
• Strong team collaboration and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data entry and data management experience.
• Familiarity with data, metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support and coordination across the enterprise.
• Identify threats and vulnerabilities and perform risk assessments.
• Classify critical processes via Business Impact Analysis.
• Create comprehensive response and recovery plans.
• Develop event-based training exercises and drills.
• Interpret and ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Manage CMBC and SOC software solutions and configurations.
• Use data across software to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
