Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in credit risk or related banking roles.
• Strong knowledge of credit portfolio management policies and financing guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services and applicable regulations.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Recommends alternatives to credit proposals and restructurings.
• Contributes to lending-related policies and procedures.
• Acts as trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
• Supports execution of strategic initiatives and change management activities.
