Job summary

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in credit management or similar roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and credit platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage customers via portals for PO delivery, invoicing and payment, including credit and collection tasks.
Monitor invoice status and resolve issues in Ariba, Coupa, Taulia and related systems.
Handle complex credit accounts while preserving positive customer relationships.
Align credit activities with the company’s overall customer relations strategy.
Support policy implementation to manage risk, repayments and arrears.
