Job summary

Fairygodboss seeks a Strategic Analytics Associate in the Customer Exposure Management Credit Risk Strategy team to shape risk policies while balancing customer exposure and responsible lending.

You will partner with Risk, Lending, Finance, Product and Business units, lead analytics, and support policy launches with testing and controls, while driving policy performance and proper risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 1 year of risk management, financial services, analytics or consulting experience.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail to deliver new policies in a complex decision technology environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving business problems and communicating effectively.
• Proven ability to develop effective controls and manage risk.
• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Data and Analytics or similar roles (preferred).
• Strong SQL coding, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to drive risk policies and innovation with cross functional teams.
• Support launch of risk policies and capabilities with testing and controls while prioritizing customer experience.
• Manage risk policies to improve financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Lead inclusively with purpose and integrity and focus on talent development.
• Collaborate with Risk Governance, Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
