Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing across multiple locations.

You will evaluate current practices, build tracking systems, and independently drive applications through payer approval while collaborating with Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and Operations to maintain timely enrollment and billing continuity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Experience managing provider credentialing independently.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, NPI, and taxonomy management.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment from start to finish.
• Submit applications to commercial, government, and managed care payers.
• Maintain provider data in CAQH and payer portals.
• Track credentialing statuses and renewals to ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance expirations.
• Develop credentialing workflows and documentation procedures.
• Serve as liaison among providers, payers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
