Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 10% and manage remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for 900+ dentists across 400+ practices.
• Drive cycle times (≤45 days) through enhanced verification workflows.
• Oversee CAQH/PECOS management, licensure verification, background checks, and payer roster maintenance.
• Ensure NCQA, CMS, state boards, OIG, and payer standards compliance; support audits.
• Monitor KPI scorecards and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet revenue goals.
