Experience supporting brokers or deal-related marketing.
Strong storytelling and premium presentation capabilities.
Experience leading branding and strategic marketing initiatives.
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
Strong organizational skills for multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a Chicago CRE advisory firm.
Develop narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for assets and pursuits.
Create and oversee pitch decks, property marketing materials, and collateral.
Develop and refine brand identity, messaging, and visual storytelling.
Collaborate with external partners and centralize marketing efforts.
Support broker enablement with strategic marketing materials.
Drive digital marketing including website, email, social, thought leadership.
Identify opportunities to elevate brand visibility and differentiation.
Build scalable marketing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Operate as both strategic leader and hands-on contributor across creative, messaging, and execution.
