KBR in Virginia is seeking a Counterintelligence Officer to support intelligence and national security missions, applying advanced operations tradecraft and guiding program management across the customer organization.

Qualified candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. This on-site role in McLean offers travel flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work independently or in teams.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities.
• Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality.
• Act as the critical connection between field personnel and the Intelligence Community, facilitating clear communication and operational alignment.
