Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable experience in merchandising, market intelligence, and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in cost modeling or cost analytics in a manufacturing/retail context.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost models reflecting supplier input cost volatility.
• Educate and align suppliers on cost component eligibility for pricing actions.
• Support Merchants with market intelligence in supplier negotiations.
• Create detailed negotiation insights and cost reduction targets for sourcing.
• Review contracts to understand supplier cost change dynamics and develop proactive pricing strategies.
• Lead cost risk and opportunity meetings with Merchants; present findings to cross-functional teams.
