Qualifications

• 4–6 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP cost accounting.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and database skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Operations managers on production cost accounting and cost center expense analysis with FP&A.
• Establish and maintain accurate product costing in SAP S4/Hana; verify master data and methods.
• Analyze production, operational, and purchasing variances; drive opportunities for cost improvement.
• Perform raw material standard vs. actual variance analyses and cost development reviews.
• Support monthly close, cycle counts, inventory audits, and GL reconciliations.
