Job summary

Aegis Worldwide in Indianapolis is seeking a Costing/Financial Analyst to support costing, budgeting, and financial analysis processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze data for accurate reporting and decision-making.

The role focuses on identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting system enhancements, and delivering reports and models to help leaders evaluate performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling.
• Ability to gather, organize, validate, reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data for reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze costs, performance, variances, and key drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support business and financial systems data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and supporting documentation to help leaders evaluate performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and improve data accuracy.
