Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Scheduler in Sturtevant, WI to translate the plant order book into a daily production schedule. You will optimize corrugator utilization, reduce setup churn, and meet customer commit dates by coordinating with Customer Service, Production, and Shipping.

The role requires 2+ years in production scheduling, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage dynamic schedules in real time. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production scheduling experience in corrugated or similar manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of corrugator operations — flute profiles, liner/medium combinations, and changeovers.
• Ability to manage dynamic schedules in real time including downtime and expedites.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and improve sequencing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel for scheduling analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and release daily corrugator and converting schedules with lead time for shift readiness.
• Sequence orders to maximize run length and minimize setups across boards and changes.
• Balance capacity against demand and flag constraints before misses.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and Shipping on changes and priorities.
• Own order commit dates and escalate if at risk, with options.
