• Advise business owners on personal and commercial tax considerations arising from corporate actions.
• Support clients with capital allowances, R&D claims, tax accounting and HMRC clearances.
• Engage in meetings with prospective clients to develop relationships and transition new clients into the firm.
• Prepare detailed corporation tax computations for complex clients.
• Review computations from the accounts team across a diverse client base.
• Lead key corporation tax compliance projects, including ATED returns and relief declarations.
• Produce clear tax reports, technical papers and advisory correspondence.
• Manage assignments from planning through to completion within timescales and budgets.
• Collaborate with tax and accounts teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Coach and support junior team members and maintain high technical standards.
