Qualifications

• Experience leading quality management systems and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain ISO 9001 certification.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and drive corrective actions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across quality, operations, and sourcing.
• Knowledge of product development processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic corporate leadership with supply chain quality to ensure compliance with Quality processes.
• Lead transition of documents into a new Document Management System with proper revision control.
• Conduct SPSP and lead all technical aspects of problem solving.
• Support product governance for new product development following PCP and reviews.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and integrated management system per corporate plan.
• Develop annual corporate audit program aligned to quality objectives and risks.
• Act as Management Representative for ISO 9001 audits and integration with other standards.
• Ensure procedures are created/maintained by owners across QS and RMS systems.
• Ensure compliance to internal procedures and regulatory requirements through audits.
• Issue Non-Conformances and manage closure.
• Establish a formal Integrated Management System Management Review process.
• Lead and facilitate product risk assessments within Zone NA per policy.
