Job summary

The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) seeks a Corporate Engagement Manager to lead the TEN initiative and support the Board Accelerator. You will manage relationships with corporate ERG leads, track programming, and help mobilize resources to advance AAPI advocacy and power.

Ideal candidates are agile project managers with a track record in ERGs or leadership programming, who are deeply committed to the AAPI community, and who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships and/or development.
• Experience managing complex projects, databases, and stakeholder networks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the TAAF ERG Network (TEN) day-to-day operations and growth.
• Support the TAAF Board Accelerator (TBA) with candidate pipelines and milestones.
• Maintain donor and partner records in the corporate database and prepare stewardship materials.
• Coordinate events, governance workshops, and cross-functional program activities.
