Pleasant Holidays, LLC in Southern California is seeking an experienced Event Planner to manage comprehensive planning, coordination and execution for multi-day education and partner engagement events, plus large-scale advisor recognition and internal gatherings.

You will collaborate with internal teams, destination and hotel partners, and vendors to deliver polished, high-impact experiences on-time and within budget, travel as needed.

Formación

• Proven experience planning corporate meetings, conferences and large-scale events.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple timelines, vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare updates and agendas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and execution for assigned events, including timelines, budgets and on-site setup.
• Collaborate with leadership, destination partners and vendors to ensure flawless events.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications and material production.
• Oversee venue sourcing, room blocks, A/V, catering and transportation.
