• Proven success securing earned media coverage and developing PR strategies.
• Experience developing social media and influencer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners with performance accountability.
• Experience supporting executive communications and reputation management.

• Develop and execute communications strategies that support MetroPlusHealth’s business objectives, brand goals, and reputation.
• Strengthen brand visibility, perception, and consideration among prospective members and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to amplify MetroPlusHealth’s story, mission, and impact through integrated initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead PR initiatives that generate earned media coverage and strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, officials, influencers, and community partners.
• Oversee social media and influencer strategy to increase engagement and positive perception.
• Provide guidance for executive messaging, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Lead internal communications programs including newsletters and leadership communications.
• Establish and measure KPIs tied to earned media performance and business outcomes.
