Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a high-energy, strategically-minded Manager of Corporate Communications. You will be the day-to-day architect of our “Woven Thread” narrative, linking Public Sector leadership, M&A activity, and our corporate mission.

You will report to the Head of Global Crisis Communications and Reputation Management, working at the intersection of policy and PR to ensure every communication reinforces our reputation as the world’s AI-powered security partner of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of PR/Corporate Communications or Public Affairs experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years experience is also acceptable.
• Experience in B2B or government-adjacent roles is a plus.
• Exceptional writing ability to translate AI or M&A material into compelling stories.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: draft high-impact content weaving Public Sector wins with Corporate milestones.
• Narrative Guardrail: ensure outbound messaging aligns with the core Corporate Narrative.
• Project Management: lead comms drumbeat for major initiatives.
• Policy Storytelling: turn complex policy positions into external narratives.
• Field PR: support Federal and SLED teams by identifying Hero Stories.
• Integration Lead: manage comms workstreams for acquisitions from Day 1.
• Reputation Monitoring: maintain an always-on pulse on industry sentiment.
• Toolkit Development: build executive briefing packs with talking points and scripts.
• Placement Coordination: secure speaking opportunities and awards.
