Job summary

Brunswick Group seeks an experienced executive to join our Chicago office in a fast-paced environment. You will craft press materials, manage media outreach, and leverage AI tools to deliver high-quality client work while developing strategic account protections.

You will collaborate with teams, build client relationships, and contribute to brainstorming and pitch sessions as part of a growing executive cohort with a February 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience; corporate communications or agency experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen interest in the capital markets and other critical issues that impact U.S. public companies.
• Problem-solving and client service mentality.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Exhibit discretion with confidential client matters.
• International work/academic experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Factiva, Bloomberg and other research resources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, Q&As and key message documents.
• Show ongoing interest in media and market intelligence and share with clients and teams.
• Leverage in-house AI tools and other resources to manage workload and keep deliverables on track.
• Contribute to brainstorms and pitch preparation.
• Think strategically about client issues and account development.
• Deliver ideas, direction and content to the account team.
• Produce high quality client deliverables that showcase expertise and research.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Establish and maintain client/internal relationships.
• Draw insights from networks and leverage for the Firm and clients.
• Participate in training sessions where appropriate.
