A High-Growth Consumer Services Firm in Dallas is seeking a strategically driven professional for their Controllership team. This role involves overseeing all corporate accounting financial operations, including month-end closes, revenue tracking, and audit assistance. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Accounting, preferably a CPA, and have 6+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial analysis skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment collaborating with various executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred.
• 6+ years accounting experience out of Public Accounting or Private Accounting team is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Revenue Recognition is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L for Month/Quarter/Year-End accounting close and financial reports.
• Responsible for Revenue, Margins and Cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the business.
• Owner of cash management function including forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances.
• Assist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactions.
• Assists in the annual audit.
