Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or independent school.
• Demonstrated aptitude for making continuous improvements.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supervise the Business Office team and develop internal controls.
