Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3+ years in a Controller role, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Controller or similar accounting leadership role.
• 5–10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Lead month end, quarter end, and year end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate financial information for regulatory and tax filings.
• Oversee payroll, compensation records, and employee benefit programs.
• Support vendor billing and contract administration.
• Identify accounting or operational issues and recommend solutions.
• Help develop and improve accounting policies and procedures.
